Project Overview

Smart helmet project for sports, integrating 4G communication, real-time intercom, GPS positioning, battery monitoring, noise-canceling audio processing, and fall detection. Hardware includes F1C100S chip, microphone array, buttons, and LED strip; software includes TCP real-time audio relay server, UDP heartbeat signaling server, MySQL group management, and PHP web backend.

Technical Challenges

Achieving 4G real-time audio intercom, group communication, and noise reduction in a helmet miniaturized form factor.

Solution

F1C100S handles audio codec (JL7018+Speex), TCP server implements audio relay, UDP heartbeat maintains group connections, MySQL manages group data, PHP web backend manages users and devices, 4G module enables remote communication, BLE enables local pairing.
